Every visit is just $49. No hidden fees, no surprises - just high quality, compassionate care when you need it. Our flat fee pricing makes healthcare simple and accessible, so you can focus on your wellness without worrying about the cost. 

We do not accept health insurance, but you can use your health insurance to pay for prescribed medication. Accepted forms of payment for Telehealth Visits: (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

FSA / HSA is accepted - check eligibility with your account administrator. 

We do not accept health insurance.  

We accept credit cards, debit cards,  FSA/ HSA. 

You can submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement, but we can’t guarantee they’ll reimburse you for your one-time virtual visit.

Attentive Medical Care & Wellness does not accept health insurance for Flat Fee Visits. You can submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement, but we can’t guarantee they’ll reimburse you for your one-time virtual visit.

If you normally use insurance to pay for your medications, you can still use those benefits. A provider from Attentive Medical Care & Wellness will send an electronic prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Please talk with your pharmacy directly about insurance coverage. The cost of medication is not included in the cost of your visit.

No. Price includes: a 1:1 telehealth visit with the nurse practitioner, nutrition guidance, medication, free shippid Refluxng.  *If labs are needed order will be written for necessary labs. Can transfer recent labs to clinician before Telehealth appt if you had labs drawn recently.

Shipping is included. 

You can cancel any time, however, medication is non refundable - so if you have received your medication and the telemedicine visit with the provider you would cancel any future shipments and visits. 

Compounded Semaglutide (same ingredients as Ozempic). 

Compounded Tirzepitide (same ingredients as Mounjaro).

Natural Weight loss - guided meal plans and 1:1 support to lose the weight without medication.

Lab tests are a crucial part of your personalized care, helping us tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs and monitor your progress effectively. These tests provide essential insights into your health, ensuring that we offer the safest and most effective care. Please note that there is an additional fee for lab services, which will be discussed with you prior to testing. 

*In an effort to decrease costs to  our patients - we will discuss cost effective ways to obtain labs. 

-We accept recent labs from outside providers (we will discuss the lab results we typically need). 

-FSA / HSA can be used to purchase lab tests directly.
